Warrior Tech NC

Warrior Tech NC was one of the first dedicated ninja training facilities in the Triangle area, combining obstacle-based fitness, competition, and community engagement into a unique athletic experience.

As co-owner and creative lead, I helped develop the brand from the ground up — shaping the visual identity, public-facing experience, and overall personality of the facility. My role included logo and brand identity design, environmental graphics, event promotion, merchandise, competition branding, social media visuals, and community-focused marketing initiatives.

The goal was to create a brand that felt energetic, approachable, and community-driven while helping introduce the growing sport of ninja-style training to a new audience. Inspired by the encouragement and support I experienced within the ninja community myself, I wanted people of all ages and skill levels to feel welcomed, challenged, and connected — whether they were first-time participants or experienced athletes.

Through competitions, athlete workshops, branded events, and promotional campaigns, Warrior Tech NC helped build awareness and excitement around an emerging sport while fostering a strong sense of belonging for local athletes and families throughout the region.

My role extended beyond visual design into hands-on brand building, helping create a cohesive and recognizable experience across physical and digital touchpoints while supporting both business growth and community engagement.

Focus:

The goal was to create a brand experience that felt welcoming, energetic, and community-centered while helping establish Warrior Tech NC as a recognizable destination within the growing ninja sports community.
